Refund policy

All sales on decants are final.

Because each decant is hand-filled to order and cannot be resold once opened, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to personal preference (e.g., not liking the scent).

We do, however, want you to be happy with your purchase. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if:

  • Your order arrived damaged or leaking

  • You received the wrong fragrance or size

In these cases, we will either send a replacement or issue a refund. Proof of the issue (photo of the package/item) may be required.

Full bottles, sealed items, or other non-decant products may be eligible for returns or exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided they are unopened and in original condition.
